I have been hunting all of my life, as a child with my brother, now with my wife and children. While enjoying time in the outdoors, I realized that there wasn't anything out on the market to let people know, or myself, know that their firearm was LOADED or UNLOADED. During Ohio Muzzleloader season, if I didn't get the chance to fill my tag for the season, I would take the cap off and put my gun away with the ball and charge left inside. I would have to shoot the gun to discharge the load in it, but not always wanting to do that, I would forget the next Muzzleloader season whether I left it loaded or not. As most Muzzleloader users may know, you do not want to double pack the gun because the ending could be tragic.
